Your software has been probably one of the MOST reliable packages we use. Just when I think that i'll have to get creative with merging two playlists or resurecting old HOLD files I find that POWER-Link will do that (and much more) for me. Your software is quick, easy to use and the best part: for the daily operation the people in traffic & music usually just hit the ENTER key as their main choice is usually the default.

POWERLINK does exactly what it says it's going to do....CORRECTLY! 

Your updates and upgrades we've used have been seamless with 100% accuracy. Now, with Marketron/WIN and ENCO and Selector your software integrates all three software packages extremely well. From an enigneering/computer programming standpoint I can tell that you are a very detailed, "top down", organized programmer that has the luxury of putting their product to market ONLY AFTER is is working...  not before, with additional pathches or service releases. Your attentiveness to personal customer service is VERY impressive.

At this point in time, the addition of Power link and Power merge software truly saves us time and provides a flexible interface between Enco, CBSI, and Selector. The added benefit of having a flexible template to schedule NON commercial events filtered from the traffic reconciliation process and allowing the traffic manager to only see commercials is a huge benefit.  In my opinion, the software is a must for complex formats using the Enco system. Power merge allows the program director to program the station instead of the audio delivery systems limitations altering our programming strategy.

The thing about Power-Link that has impressed me the most is that when I call for tech support I speak directly with the programmer, rather than some poor schlub whose computer expertise is limited to Super Mario Land.  Unlike our other software, I've never gotten an "I don't know" or "I'll have to talk to the programmers and call you tomorrow".
Power-Link has reduced my weekly reconciling time from hours to minutes!  I don't know how I got along without it for so long!
